China's crude steel output exceeded 1 billion tons for the first time

From January to October, China produced 874 million tons of crude steel, up 5.5% year on year.The average daily crude steel output reached 2.865 million tons, and the annualized crude steel output reached 1.04 billion tons.It is expected that in 2020, China's annual crude steel output will exceed 1 billion tons for the first time, and steel consumption will reach more than 970 million tons, both of which hit a new record high, becoming the first country in global history with crude steel output exceeding 1 billion tons.
